Questions
Is there any obligation to buy?
None at all. The consultation is a chance to see and try your chosen pieces in person, with time to ask questions and no pressure to buy.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You're welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member to your appointment.
Can I change my pieces after booking?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email before your visit and we'll prepare the pieces you'd like to see instead.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
If you need to cancel or change your consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can change or cancel at any time using the link in your booking confirmation email.
What if I'm running late?
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If you're running late, please call or message us on +44 7909 004377. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your consultation, or we may need to rebook you so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Each consultation is reserved exclusively for you, so a missed appointment without notice means another client couldn't book that time. After repeated missed appointments, we may ask for a non-refundable holding deposit to secure future bookings.
How long does a consultation last?
Each private consultation lasts 60 minutes, so there's plenty of time to try each piece and talk through sizing, metals and stones.
